How the Campaign Library Works?


In the campaign library, you will find plenty of templates that match different objectives. Say, you are a coffee shop. When you come to the library, you will see delightful campaigns meant for your specific niche. You will see templates for each objective. You simply need to select the campaign template to get started. 




Let's understand this better with some examples. 


On the main campaigns screen, you will see a variety of campaigns clubbed into different objectives. For instance, there are campaigns for online orders, weekend specials.

There are four types of campaigns mainly for each objective


  • No Discount: In this type of campaign, you are not offering any reward to the customer. It is a campaign strategy to help you connect with your customers. You can use a no discount to tell them about the new products added, or to simply remind them you are open and waiting for them to come. 
  • Rupee Discount: This is a discount campaign. Here, you can offer a discount of specific amount, either on the entire bill or on specific product. For instance, you can offer 100/- off on starters or, you can offer 100/- on the bill amount.
  • % Discount: You can offer a specific percentage discount on the entire bill or specific item in this campaign. It is a flashy offer for the customer. Example: You have introduced new items and you want to give discount as an introductory offer. You can apply the percentage discount on the entire bill amount or on specific products. 
  • Free Item: Instead of percentage or rupee discounts, you can offer a product for free from your list. It could be any item that you believe sells maximum as your store. 


The objectives could be anything from online order, to weekend specials to festival campaigns. Simply choose the campaign objective, and you will find similar styles of campaigns under each objective. 


Once you have chosen the objective, the next step is to choose the type of promotion you want to go with- discount or no discount.
